Starting Thursday: a Grilled Ribeye with Diane Sauce. This is a rare one for us, so don't sit on it.
A proper ribeye, grilled the way it should be, finished with a classic Diane sauce — rich, peppery, a little dramatic in the best way. And here's the part the steakhouses don't want you to know: ours comes with sides. Plural. Included. No "would you like potatoes with that?" upcharge, no à la carte math, no $14 creamed spinach you have to split four ways.
A great steak that doesn't treat sides like a luxury add-on. Revolutionary, we know.
Also — Chicken Eggplant Parm over Linguine (Starting Friday)
Starting Friday: Chicken Eggplant Parm over Linguine. Crispy chicken, layered with eggplant, blanketed in sauce and melted cheese, over a bed of linguine. It's a hug on a plate. We filmed this one coming together in the kitchen because honestly, it's a little mesmerizing — watch it below.
Finally — Lamb Osso Bucco over Risotto (Starting on Sunday)
Starting On Sunday: Lamb Osso Bucco over Risotto. Slow-braised until the lamb is falling off the bone, spooned over a creamy risotto that soaks up every bit of it. This is the dish you order when you want to impress yourself. Rich, tender, and the kind of comfort that makes the table go quiet.

Our garden patio doesn't open often. This Saturday — June 20 — it does, for exactly one day. Then it goes back into hiding, make your reservation and request the garden.
