Graduation Week

We found a silver lining and it involves tiramisu, cappuccino, and a special you need to see.

Graduation Week

Meanwhile, in San Diego...

So... where did the sun go?

We're not saying San Diego promised us eternal sunshine, but we had an agreement. And right now? Clouds. A promise of rain. The kind of weather that makes you stare out the window and question everything.

But we've got an underrated hack for days like this, and once you try it, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it:

Tiramisu + a cappuccino.

That's the move. Creamy, espresso-soaked tiramisu with a hot cappuccino. You take the first bite, take the first sip, and wonder why nobody told you about this sooner. It turns a gray afternoon into the best part of your week.

The weather will figure itself out. In the meantime, come sit down and let us fix your day with dessert.

Congratulations, Graduates!

Caps in the air. Diplomas in hand. A whole new chapter ahead.

Congratulations to every graduate out there, and to the proud parents who got them here. This milestone deserves a proper celebration, and we'd love to be the place where it happens. Family table or full private event, we've got room. And we know how to make it feel like the big deal it is.

Don't wait. The best tables go to the families who plan ahead.

Meanwhile, at Your Table

Pork Saltimbocca

Starting Thursday. And this one's a showstopper.

Pork Saltimbocca. Pan-seared pork layered with prosciutto and a slice of kasseri cheese, finished with a sauce built from shallots, marsala wine, cream, demi-glace, and mushrooms. Every layer does something different. The prosciutto adds salt and depth. The kasseri brings a rich, tangy melt. And that marsala cream sauce ties the whole plate together with a warmth that makes you slow down and just appreciate what's in front of you.

From Yanni Himself

Here's something new. Yanni on camera, educating our team about his favorite pairing. If you've ever sat at the bar and asked him what to drink, you know the man has opinions. Strong ones. Good ones. Now he's sharing them with everyone.

Give it a watch. And if you're in this week, tell him you saw the youtube video. He'll love it.
